Diana Wildschut and Harmen Zijp, De War
Diana Wildschut and Harmen Zijp are the founders of De War, a grassroots Fab Lab in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. At De War (confused in Dutch!) the pair have initiated many citizen science and related maker culture projects, ranging from pollution monitoring, open source clothes making and independent media publishing. They are founders of Koppelting, an annual DIY sci-tech-makers festival and gathering and have run collaborative numerous projects out of their De War base over the years.
Wildschut and Zijp visited Lewes in spring 2016 as part of MakingLewes’s season of Maker-Space and Fab Lab talks.
