FABRICATEUR III’s afternoon workshop
Come and learn about Freesewing – using open source digital tech to create dedicated designs for each and everyone’s individual body. Those signing up for the workshop will make your own customised garment and learn how to make clothing that really fits. Sewing experience is not needed. The workshop is for adults, but older children (over 11) are welcome.
Diana Wildschut from Dutch fablab, De WAR will guide participants through Freesewing’s open-source approach to make your own customised piece of clothing. We’ll provide the sewing machines, natural plant based materials and the workshop space and time.
